1. Information we collect
We collect the details you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, country, career history, existing resume or LinkedIn profile and any documents you upload for a project. We also collect basic analytics about how the website is used, such as pages visited and approximate location.
2. How we use your information
Your information is used to deliver the service you booked, to communicate about your project, to process payment and to send you material you have asked for such as consultation confirmations or the newsletter. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your career documents for any purpose other than your own project.
3. Confidentiality of career documents
Resumes, cover letters, references and salary details are treated as strictly confidential. Access is limited to the writer and reviewer assigned to your project. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request at no charge, and we sign client-supplied NDAs where reasonable.
4. Storage and retention
Project files are stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. We retain your finished documents for twelve months so that we can support later updates, after which they are deleted unless you ask us to keep them. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
5. Sharing with third parties
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — email delivery, scheduling, payment processing and file storage — and only to the extent required. These providers are bound by their own confidentiality obligations. We disclose information to authorities only where legally required.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website uses essential cookies to remember your preferences, such as theme and language, and analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. You can block cookies in your browser; essential features will still work.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We respond to requests within thirty days.
