Terms of Service
Straightforward terms covering how we work together, what is included and what happens if something needs to change.

1. Scope of engagement
Each engagement covers the deliverables listed on the service page you booked, as confirmed in writing before work begins. Additional documents, extra target roles or new versions for different markets are quoted separately.
2. Timelines
Standard turnaround runs from three to seven business days depending on the service, measured from the completion of your intake questionnaire and consultation. Expedited delivery is available at an additional fee. Delays in supplying information move the delivery date accordingly.
3. Revisions
Every project includes the revision rounds stated on its service page, valid for thirty days from first delivery. Revisions cover refinement of the agreed direction — wording, emphasis, formatting and structure. A change of target role or career direction after delivery is treated as new work.
4. Payment
Fees are payable in full before delivery unless a milestone schedule has been agreed. Prices are quoted in United States dollars and are exclusive of any local taxes or bank charges. Instalment options are available on request for larger packages.
5. Refunds
Because our work is bespoke, fees become non-refundable once writing has started. If you cancel before the writer begins, you receive a full refund. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope, we will either correct the work or refund the affected portion.
6. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the career history, qualifications and achievements you supply. We write persuasively but we do not invent credentials, and we may decline to include information we believe is misleading.
7. Results and outcomes
We commit to the quality of the documents and coaching we provide. Hiring outcomes depend on market conditions, competition and your own interview performance, so no employment offer, interview volume or salary increase can be guaranteed.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the final documents produced for you and may use them without restriction. We retain ownership of our templates, frameworks, questionnaires and methodology, and we may reference anonymised outcomes in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when your engagement is confirmed. Questions can be sent to admin@judeenglobal.com.
